 Sonoma County Homeschool Q & A Night

Are you considering homeschooling your children this school year? Or, are you curious about homeschooling as a possibility for the future? Bring your burning questions to the Sonoma County Homeschoolers Association’s Homeschool Information Night.

A panel of experienced homeschoolers will be answering your questions about homeschooling in California and Sonoma County. Questions about legal paperwork, leaving your public school, curriculum, learning styles, Sonoma county resources, field trips, park days, socialization, finding the work/homeschool balance, and homeschool charter school programs will be addressed, as well as much, much more.

This event is free and open to the public. No small children except babes-in-arms please. Refreshments provided.

SCHA is a group of families who have come to homeschooling for many reasons:

  • Some were tired of the never-ending budget cuts to school programs.
  • Some discovered that a one-size-fits-all approach to education wasn’t serving their children.
  • Some wanted an alternative to the daily school grind.
  • And some wanted to enjoy educational freedom.

We come together as homeschoolers in Sonoma County and we’re here to support you.
